Parents & Families

Parents and family members are vital to the success of their students and the success of the entire Yale community. Make the most of your family’s Yale experience: get involved, enjoy a meaningful connection with the university and other Yale families, and help support Yale’s mission.

Parents and families are invited to participate in events and activities that engage students, other families, and alumni across generations. We offer opportunities to volunteer for efforts that raise funds in support of Yale, to hear from faculty and university leaders, or to get to know Yale’s community through on-campus and virtual events.

Each year, Yale parents and families generously support the university’s mission through gifts to the Parents Annual Fund, step into fundraising leadership roles through Parents Leadership Council, and volunteer for student support activities. We are grateful to the many families who include Yale as part of their giving priorities.
