Executive Director of Advancement Services & Donor Engagement, YLS
Reporting to the Associate Dean for Alumni Engagement and Development, the Executive Director is a senior leader in Yale Law School’s Alumni Engagement and Development office and leads strategic initiatives and eight staff across gift administration, alumni and fundraising communications, donor relations, data and analytics. The role integrates these functions to advance fundraising, honor donor intent, demonstrate impact, and strengthen engagement.
Managing Director, Yale Alumni Fund
Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Development, the Managing Director of the Yale Alumni Fund will provide strategic vision and operational leadership of Yale’s annual giving program. The Managing Director will develop and execute comprehensive, data-informed strategies for donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, acquisition, retention, pipeline development, and volunteer engagement, ensuring that the Alumni Fund consistently achieves ambitious annual goals while advancing the broader priorities of the Yale University Office of Development.
Program Coordinator, Advancement Systems
The Program Coordinator supports the operational effectiveness of Advancement Systems by coordinating user support, access administration, communications, documentation, and team operations. As the initial point of contact for user support requests, the role ensures timely acknowledgment, triage, and resolution or routing of inquiries while helping provide a positive and consistent user experience. The Program Coordinator works closely with stakeholders across Alumni Affairs and Development (AA&D) to support effective access governance, clear communications, consistent processes, and the day-to-day operational needs of the Advancement Systems team.
Program Manager, Corporate & Foundation Relations
As a member of the ODV Corporate and Foundation Relations team, the Program Manager, Corporate and Foundation Relations is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and coordination of the operations of the unit in support of university fundraising priorities and academic initiatives.
Senior Analytics and Data Services Coordinator
Reporting to the Director, Analytics, Data Services & Compliance, the Senior Analytics and Data Services Coordinator supports the efforts of Alumni Affairs and Development through high-level reporting and analysis utilizing database systems and other tools.
Senior Associate Director, YLS Donor Relations
The Senior Associate Director is a member of the Alumni Engagement and Development (AED) team and is responsible for ensuring meaningful recognition of donors at all levels, fostering long-term relationships between donors and the School, and cultivating a culture of philanthropy within the School and among its graduates. The Senior Associate Director reports to the Executive Director of Advancement Services and plays an integral role in the School’s fundraising efforts and the work of the AED team.

YSM Alumni Director of Development
Reporting to the Director of Development for Alumni Affairs and Giving, the Director of Development will manage their own portfolio of major gift prospects and donors, and devise-- in close collaboration with the Yale School of Medicine (YSM) leadership, Clinical Department leadership, other Directors of Development, the Prospect Management and Research Team, and other School and University colleagues—strategic fundraising plans to secure gifts for high priority YSM fundraising initiatives.
