Jessica Shapiro is the current president of the Yale Club of the Palm Beaches. She. has been active with the club since 2017 and recently spearheaded the club’s revitalization and formation of a board of directors.

Aside from her Yale Club duties, Shapiro serves as vice president and brokerage manager of Sotheby’s International Realty in Palm Beach County, overseeing over 140 agents in the Palm Beach, Wellington, and Singer Island offices. Shapiro began her career as an attorney for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and developed her legal practice at prominent national and local law firms, including Stroock Stroock & Lavan, White & Case, Gunster, and most recently, Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay P.A. located in Palm Beach, Florida. As an attorney, she represented high-net-worth individuals, developers and investors in all aspects of real estate development, financing, leasing, and acquisitions throughout Florida.

Shapiro earned her BA in architecture at Yale University in 2006 and received her JD with honors from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, in 2009. A former member of the Yale Women’s Varsity Golf Team, Shapiro still enjoys spending time on the links and competes in USGA and state-wide events. She recently competed in the 2023 United States Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship.
